"There is water coming through the ceiling, but we do not have an upstairs."
In a one story home, the attic holds the air handler, ductwork, and sometimes the water heater and supply lines. When a condensate line clogs or a pipe freezes and bursts, water comes down through the ceiling. It usually soaks the insulation first, so the attic is wetter than the room below. See ceiling water damage.

"The floor in the kitchen feels warm, and the water bill doubled."
That is a classic slab leak, common in older homes on slab foundations across Grapevine. Water can spread under tile and flooring for weeks. A plumber finds and repairs the pipe, and we dry the flooring, cabinets, and walls. See slab leak water damage.

"We just renovated, and now the new floor is lifting."
Updated homes often have new laminate or vinyl plank over the original slab. Water from a hidden leak gets trapped underneath, and the floor starts to buckle. We lift what we need to reach the water, dry the slab, and reinstall or replace the flooring.
